Hi every time I take my Philippine gf to Bangkok I buy return ticket required,then we we get 1 month extension and I have to change her ticket it costs money.

my question is will Philippine airline staff accept return plane ticket 2 months in advance as I will get a one month extension in  Jomtien hoping to hear back.

You really posted this in wrong section as you are talking Thailand rather that other country visas.  But the answer will have to be obtained from airline I suspect.  But perhaps if this moved to Thai visas someone may have experience so will report for move.

The airline will see the requirement that a ticket out is needed within 30 days of arrival.

You could buy a low cost one way ticket to a nearby country within 30 days. You may find some cheaper than the change fee.
