Question about 90 day report

Featured Replies

Hi there,

Last year I had a marriage extension and was due to do my last 90 day report on September 10th.

I recently went to Cambodia by air to cancel my visa and came back to Thailand on September 2nd and got my new Thailand Elite Visa.

I noticed that the immigration officer did not remove the old 90 day report paper stapled to my passport for September 10th and did not issue me a new paper.

My question is when I came back to Thailand did the 90 report clock restart and I do it around December 1st?

Thanks

You can discard that report slip. The 90 day count stopped when you left and reset when you re-entered. Day 1 of the new 90 day count was the day you re-entered (September 2nd). If you stay continuously for 90 days your next report is due on November 30th.

Immigration at the airports or borders don't do anything that has to do with 90  day reporting.

It is a report of staying longer than 90 consecutive days in the country.

Your 90 days ended on the day you left the country. You will do a report 90 days from the date you entered the country and that date is day one.

Yes

But Thai Elite will do them for you if you take your passport to them.
