Hello,

Assuming i have a valid work permit and non-b visa.

i want to make a non-o visa to my girlfriend.

in our home country (Israel) we are registered as  common-law spouses , as in Israel only religious marriage is allowed.

will i be able to make her non-o visa under the claim of  common-law spouse ? (we are both israeli)

Thanks in advance.

Thailand does not recognize common law marriages.

You would have to be legally married for her get a an extension as your dependent.
