Supreme Administrative Court’s reject Apirak’s lawsuit against City Hall

 

BANGKOK:-- The Supreme Administrative Court has rejected former Bangkok Governor Apirak Kosayothin’s lawsuit against the City Hall and Governor M.R. Sukhumbhand Paribatra over their demand for him to shoulder additional compensation regarding the procurement of fire trucks and fire-fighting boats.

 

The court noted that Apirak filed the lawsuit on October 31, 2014 which was already beyond the period permissible by law and, hence, making it impossible for the court to accept the case for consideration.

 

Earlier, Apirak appealed against the City Hall’s demand for him to pay additional compensation for the damage caused by the 1.4 billion baht project of the City Administration to procure fire trucks and fire-fighting boats.
