Needs to be clean, ethernet connection with decent download and at the bare minimum 1mbps upload. 10,000 baht a month mark or so. Recommendations welcomed. Thanks in advance. Yes I forgot that Pattaya is a sprawling metropolis going into the millions popluation wise /sarcasm Thanks for the more sensible replies.
