Pattaya apartment query

Looking for an apartment in Pattaya. Needs to be clean, ethernet connection with decent download and at the bare minimum 1mbps upload. 10,000 baht a month mark or so. Recommendations welcomed. Thanks in advance.

Rent an apartment and organise Internet yourself from AIS (Fibre). Will cost from 475 to 632 bt per month.

If you need good internet you will have to get a private connection.

 

If you say when you want to move in and for how long, you may get better answers.

"Pattaya" is also too broad a term for good recommendations.

I saw a Condo advertised on the lobby board of Ka Ha Condo at the top of Treprast road, the rear building, not the one one the main road by the market, from the pictures it looked very nice saying new renovation sea and mountain views Baht 7,500 for long term rental

Yes I forgot that Pattaya is a sprawling metropolis going into the millions popluation wise  /sarcasm

 

Thanks for the more sensible replies. Going to go with finding a reasonable place to crash and set up my own net connection with AIS. Cheers.

If you are doing long term, say a year, you may get a small one bedroom apartment(32 sq. m) within your budget at Lumpini Park Beach Jomtien. A new place and AIS Fibre is their preferred option. Twelve month contract at 471 baht per month inclusive of VAT.
