I'm still pondering confiscating the fruit flavored liquid under the bar...

Don't all bars have fruit flavored liquids to make those fru-fru tropical drinks?  Or am I missing something?

the e-cigarette influx must be hurting the illegal cigarettes that arrive from cambodia!......But the charade continues................................

All the army are going to do is take away many of the police revenue sources, the army guys are already muscling in on the clubs, prostitution, gambling etc. The higher ranks are in charge completely as they now have more powers than the police,  remember Prayut gave them that power a few months ago.

The police will be intensifying their traffic revenue collections now, opportunity is where you find it.

Corruption will never ever be stopped because the uniforms don't want it to stop.

Yep, nothing hurts a corrupt thief more then hitting the wallet.

Have you also noticed that when foreigners (particularly foreign press) cover stories of corruption it is always brushed away with a statement that things are being done and the foreigner does not understand "Thainess". To translate, we dont want outsiders knowing what we are doing in our country with rampant corruption so just tell them they are wrong and that they dont understand Thailand...

You are missing something.

"..........and a waiter was found in possession of an Ice smoking pipe and a MACHETE " :shock1:

I sincerely hope there`s not a common practice with machete wielding waiters around town !!
