latest price for dirt fill, topsoil

Featured Replies

I Was wondering if anyone knows  the latest price for dirt fill, topsoil  and where to get close to Chiang Mai Airport?

Thanks in advance for info!

Next to dirt fill or topsoil, as far as I know, the price is basically calculated by truckload.

If you are living in a spot that can not be accessed by large trucks, you may well be stuck with a bill for 96 "small truckloads". (A driveway fill-up 50 x 4 meters). :)

So, depending if your place is easily is accessible or not has a major impact on price.

After my wife learned about the price of this "fill-up", she didn't speak to me for 2 weeks. Don't let it happen to you!

Cheers.

Don't know about CM here in village kk area 2000bht per small truck just had  3 loads very cheap at moment big factory being built about 15km away so lots of dig out.when we raised level for last house 6 mths ago was 300 bht per truck. So really it all depends get the mrs to ask around some are cheaper than others.

It's a matter of supply and demand in your particular area.  Get your wife to ask around.
