Teatea Posted November 26, 2006 Posted November 26, 2006 I have been told by the Land department of Thailand that I need a Certificate of Residence to transfer the condo tittle to my name. I have lived in Thailand for more than 10 years using work permit visa and I have the yellow book that registered my address in TL. Any idea would be appreciated for "why" and "how" to meet this requirement? Thanks.

Axel Posted November 27, 2006 Posted November 27, 2006 Your Embassy can do, albeit not for free, I believe. Not sure if immigration still doing, believe I read somewhere in here, that they stopped this service.
