I hope as much water reaches Bangkok as happened in 2011 because then we will see if all the billions allocated for flood defences was actually used for that purpose or was creamed off into PT pockets.  The majority of Foreign factory owners that suffered catastrophic flooding in 2011 warned the Thai's that if it happened again they would be off once and for all as they had been 'guaranteed' that the area's they built in were immune from floods.   I also know through Insurance world connections that factory owners were told by their insurance companies that they would never pay out for new machinery and other capital items again if the same situation recurred.   Watch this space !
