GRAZ: -- A man accused of driving his car into a crowd of pedestrians in Austria has gone on trial in the town of Graz.

Three people were killed and more than 100 injured when the driver ran amok in hisSUV along several streets.

The 27-year-old told the court he didn’t want to run anyone over, he thought he was being chased and about to be shot and wanted to get away.

Prosecutors are not pushing for murder charges and want him sent to a mental institution, following psychiatrists’ assessments.

The trial is expected to last for 10 days.

An unsubstantiated post has been removed.

It has been reported on and is not unsubstantiated at all.

Probing the claim, judge Eva Cesnik asked the Bosnian: “When did you become a Christian? You have always indicated that you are a Muslim. When were you baptised?” The killer admitted he was not a Christian and had never been baptised, reports Kronen Zeitung.

Investigations of the killer’s social media accounts showed he had liked and followed hundreds of Islamic pages and Saudi Arabian accounts. It was later reported he was a devout Muslim who went to mosque six times a week.

Lets remember this murder was downplayed as a Christian with mental health issues, the link from the court above with speech from the judge shows that this was bald lies told to mollify a restless public.

To very straight forward with you, your source is questionable and your agenda is very transparent.   Anybody who has ever been close to anybody who is Muslim is suspect by you.   It is not a communicable disease.

Continue  with your myopic, agenda driven posting at your own peril.
