Question: what is the weblink to HSBC exchange rate page you posted? So many HSBC weblinks/banking locations around the world. And was that a "spot" rate or the actual exchange rate they use if you allow them to convert while sending. Just need the link to the snapshot you posted. Edit: if that HSBC exchange snapshot was from the HSBC Thailand webpage and since all banks operating in Thailand operate under Thai banking laws/regulations then the HSBC rate you quoted above was a Thai bank TT Buying Rate (HSBC Thailand TT Buying Rate), is inline with all other Thai bank plus or minus a few stang, and is "not" the exchange rate you would get if allowing the Sending HSBC in the UK to convert to baht as that would be a significantly lower rate.
