BANGKOK: -- Commerce Minister Apiradee Tantraporn said Wednesday that she was not worried with threat made by her predecessor, Mr Boonsong Teriyaphirom, to take her and the others involved in the issuance of an administrative order to seize his assets.

Does anyone worry about anything anymore!........main focus is filling pockets!

How can the ex-minister file criminal charges? He can make a complaint but the decision to prosecute isn't his. He can file as many civil lawsuits as he wants. Plenty of his ex colleagues can advise him based on their substantial experience of doing the same.
