September 26, 20169 yr also, maybe the site is down. when doing my renewal at end July, the site was down all the time. I had the experience of entering info but it getting hung up and never confirming. then it would not accept anything from me. so i went and did the 90 day report at Lardprao, which took 15 minutes, incidentally. that place looks dead quiet for 90 day reports for farang. plus you have the fun of seeing the red shirts and other camps with memorabilia shops, literally yards away from each other. much more fun than Changwattana.

Always cut and paste it into a Word document or similar. Those zillion digit refs are a bugger after a few beers 5555
September 26, 20169 yr it is made for Internet Explorer older version so if you have a problem try to switch back to the compatibility mode. other browsers if not react. or give blank pages
September 27, 20169 yr I go to Ladprao Imperial wotsit too. Wonderfully weird place and really quick. I have only ever seen one westerner there once and we have a whole window just for us. I keep meaning to try the online thing but the only Windows computer I have is at work and I keep forgetting.
September 27, 20169 yr Better to have tried, and failed, than never to have tried at all. Read all the helpful posts on this topic. Done as advised, I think. Exited and re-entered the country last October. Used neither Chrome, nor Edge. Dug out Internet Explorer (desktop app) Completed all information. All fields accepted, no problem. Capcha, capcha'd OK. Great. Here we go! Submit: up pops the message - 'Contact your local immigration office'. 8 attempts. Bu**er this for a game of soldiers. Went today to my local immigration office. In and out in 90 seconds. Round the corner for some nice lunch - couple of cases of Heineken from Makro. Quite a nice day out, in the end.
