CHONBURI: -- At 10.30am, on the morning of September 26, the commander of Chonburi police announced that investigators had been able to identify a body discovered in the woods near Saiyoothasart 331, Pattaya.

Twenty-five-year old Ms Rachada (aka Bo) Anupab was found dead on September 21 with no ID and investigators had circulated her photograph on local social media networks until a member of her family contact the Nobgbualumpoo police department.

All officers could learn, other than her identity, is that her parents have passed away and that Ms Anupab lived and worked in Pattaya.

However, CCTV footage has emerged showing the victim riding her motorcycle along Beach Road, Pattaya between Soi 6 and Soi 11, at 4am on September 19, with a couple on a second motorbike. They are now under investigation.

The police believe the cause of death to be strangulation and that she had been murdered in another place before the body was dumped in the woods.

They do not know if she had been raped or have any information about the vehicle which may have been used to move the body.

Damn, very sad.

Luckily that at least one of the 1600 CCTV cams was working.
