Angry customer destroys iphones in French store

Some guy brought a steel ball with him to a French iPhone store and proceeded to destroy a number of phones before being stopped by security.

I suspect that he must have had a bad experience with his iPhone. I wonder how much his tantrum cost him.

The body language was interesting throughout but what did he say he was angry about ?

He said that he had been refused a refund for something, against his rights under EU consumer law. I couldn't catch exactly what the refund was for.

 

Being crushed with pétanque balls is pretty much all any Apple product deserves, and as a company they do have some particularly devious practices.

No worries they can all be refurbished,good as new. Would like to buy the Apple Care to go with it?
