October 4, 20169 yr Yes, trust your Thai partner completely. Do not bother with lawyers or accountant's advice. Only deal with people and banks he recommends. If your money doesn't show up in Malaysia, and you come back to Thailand to see your partner. Do not stay in high floor of condo or hotel.
