October 2, 20169 yr so the other night i ordered from one of the food delivery companies (the oldest one) I ordered from 3 different restaurants and i have multiple addresses. Not easy however I did under comments explains the situation and exactly where i wanted the delivery to go AND said if this is ambiguous please call in advance. Well i did get a call after an hour saying we can't find you. By this time my wife and son had left for dinner and eventually the order came. I declined the order and told the owner who soon called that I am buying them all dinner. I tried to be loyal and stick with the original meal delivery company but alas I will have to move on
October 2, 20169 yr Sometimes things go wrong, it happens to everyone in every industry every now ang again. The problem is if it keeps happening, if it's a one off incident then I wouldn't worry about it too much if I were you.
October 2, 20169 yr Yeh man these guys can not afford to have the QC testing and built in redundancies of NASA. Anyway, do move on and best of luck in finding the service that never makes a mistake.
October 3, 20169 yr Think you are a bit harsh in your comments, You order from 3 different restaurants,some of these restaurants say they need 30-60 Mins to prepare the food, then you say you have multiple addresses,another complication,some addresses can be difficult to locate,with no road name .never mind house numbers,and you could not wait an hour for delivery, a bit forward planning might be in order next time,like placing your order a couple of hours before you need delivery, regards worgeordie
