the past 6 extensions i have been able to do 90days at the same time, but now the gap has been growing between 90day and extension is now 46days.

am i allowed to do my 90 days report 2days late without any penalty? as this will make the gap within 45days, [44]

You can do a 90 day report up to 7 days after the report date without paying a fine.

There is a reporting 'window" of 15 days prior to the 90 day report being due extending to 7 days after it is due. Providing a report is made within the limits of the 'window' there will be no problm.
