Could anyone please help me.

Myself and my Thai wife are getting divorced.

And she is returning home with our sons,is there a specific visa I can get for visiting them.

As the 29 day entry visa is to short a visit.

Yes,

You can get a visa Non Immigrant O to visit your kid.

90 days visa + 60 days extension.

1 or multiple entries.

It can be 1 year in case you are the legal father.

Sorry about the late questions.

So I would need my kids birth certificates (English or Thai?).

And would I also need a copy of their names in the blue house book?

Also one last question,with the visas both options will they be affected by me not living in the same house/part of Thailand as them.

As I could not stay the whole time near my ex wife.

The birth certificate can be in Thai or English. You will need the original plus a copy.

You would need a copy of their house book registry. That would be page one and the page where their name appears.

A non-o visa would not require you to stay with your family. To apply for a one year extension based upon being a parent of Thai at immigration you would have to prove you child is staying with you most of the time and you would need to prove at least joint custody from the divorce.

You can get a multiple entry in non-o visa in Penang if you can show 400k baht in the bank or proof of income.

If I did the 90 days + 60 extention.

So effectively 5 months.

Could I only do this once a year.

As my kids would live the majority of the time with their Mum(for school).

So that would rule out the one year visa.

And stay with me school holidays.

As where they live is a quite town outside Lop Buri (pretty much full of her family).

Which would make living there almost impossible.

You can get the single entry non-o visa and 60 day extension as many times as you want or for as long as a embassy or consulate will issue you a new non-o visa.

To get a multiple entry non-o that is valid for a year there is no requirement for your child to live with you.

For a one year extension of stay they would need to be living with you most of the time.
