PATTAYA:--Streets flooded and trees fell as rain again soaked Pattaya.

Storms on Sept. 28 left Beach Road the usual sea of runoff with other streets, such as Soi Buakhao, completely inundated. Third Road near the Moom Aroi saw flooding up to 80 centimeters deep.

Many parked vehicles along the roads were damaged during the floods as well.

The rain continued throughout the night, felling numerous trees, including a 30-year-old one that fell across Central Road, blocking traffic for about an hour.
