He now lives on Samui, but has been told by immigration that he has to go to Pattaya every 90 days to report, and cannot change it. Is this correct. If he lives in Samui he has to register his address with Samui immigration (TM28). You might have read that they penalized others with 4000 Baht for living at another than their registered address.
