Yes. Many schools in Thailand are eligible. The VA website has a list of eligible schools in Thailand.

Received the VA's Certificate of Eligibility 2-weeks ago. Sent it off along with an application to Mae Fah Luang University, just awaiting response.
- I understand that tuition is paid directly to the school by VA and we're supposed to get $1,566 per month to live on for a max of 36 months. Was seeking information on healthcare insurance and tax issues from anyone currently or recently using veterans benefits in country.

If only it were as easy as this. The Iranians may have gotten tired of the Mullahs. But the outlook that a "foreighn power" could (once more) dictate the future of their contry is unberable for Iranians. They haven't forgotten the Shas regime nor have they forgotten the 100 days of Mosadek. An interference of a foreighn power can only lead to civil war. A 50/50 equasion. Of importance: Who has the weapons ? The "revolutionary guards" not the common people. It will be a short lived civil war. In the best of cases, the Mullahs will be gone, replaced by "the revolutionary guards", constructing a semi secular/religious state. Other constellations are not feasable given the circumstances.
