Hi i might be being a cheap charlie but i dont like being given wrong information and on the Tesco website it clearly states that every time you pay a bill, water or electric you get 5 clubcard points but i went in to the main Tesco to the south of Khonkaen and handed my card over when i paid the water bill and they said no and refused to scan the card until i asked to speak to the manager.

Went home and did a print screen of the webpage with the information on and went back to the store a few days later and showed customer services the print out and they looked it up on their computer and agreed i was right and later that day i had a call from someone at Tesco head office in Bangkok apologizing. but they said i must have misunderstood and staff were trying to tell me that points would be added later. came to pay my water bill this month at a Tesco express  and handed over my clubcard and was again told no but i insisted they scan it and they did. 

I know that i am correct because my clubcard statement shows so many points for bill payment and the only bills i pay at Tesco are water and electric so perhaps it is time Tesco gave their staff adequate training, it may be only 5 points each time but the number of points lost must really add up when you think of the number of customers Tesco has
