2nd year Non-o Visa Requirements ?

Featured Replies

Hi, I'am  a 23 years old  French citizen living in Thailand. I am married to (you guessed it...) a Thai citizen.

I'am actually on my first one year extension of my non-o visa. I've done the 90 days reports stuff already 3 times, so i'am on my last 3 months before my visa expire (on the 10th January).

I would like to renew my "1 year extension", but what do I need to do? Can I do it on the same visa ? Or do I need to go outside Thailand to apply for a new non-o visa and do the extension process all over again.

If I can "renew" on my old visa, what would be the requirements ?

I've been searching for the past half hour but all the answers I could find are about the first 1 year extension or the non-o. The only time I've found something, the topic was from 2010 and everybody had a different set of answers.

So If someone have any answers for me or a link to an update topic/website, I wouldbe very glad.

Thanks a lot

It is your permit to stay that is extended not the visa.

You can apply for a new extension using the same paper work used to obtain your current extension.

You don't need to get a new visa. You will apply for another extension based upon marriage during the last 30 days of your current one.

You will need the same financial proof and supporting documents you used to get the one you have now.
