KneeDeep
It's Windows. Just follow the instructions in my link. Usually happens when someone uses their local password instead of their Microsoft password or the other way around.
oldcarguy
I read the How to geek link , Create a New User to Save Account File but I do not have a Windows 10 CD or ISO is it saved on the HD somewhere , oops I cannot access the HD anyway....ummm
thedemon
Since there is nothing on the HDD you need to save it will be much easier to simply do a clean install of Win 10 and start afresh. You only need a USB drive and another PC with which to download Win 10. Follow the instructions here: https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/software-download/windows10

I just wanted to eliminate the possibility of it being a BIOS password problem vs a Windows problem. If Windows even starts to load, then it's not a BIOS issue. lostinisaan
OP did you not get the message? Easy and fast. You only need to burn a CD, then boot your system with the CD and delete your old passwords and create new ones.
