Aaydium
I have found a cat near my home that's been hit by a car, she' still alive, breathing slowly, there's some blood, some local people have given her water but seems they are just going to leave her there. Any ideas what to do? Is there a cat or animal charity I can bring her to?

jak2002003
They likely will just leave it to die. That's the way here. If you really want to help it, take it to a vet now. But be prepared to spend a lot of cash.. and the cat could die despite vet help.
Aaydium
Charoen nakohn, Soi 14, can you recommend something to do?
Shot
Find a vet in your area and have the cat put down. Should only cost a few hundred Baht. Here is a interactive map with vets, maybe some in your area. http://www.veterinby.com/veterinary-clinic-thailand/ Good luck

Shot
^^^There are vets that will put the cat down. We have done this before with no problems.
Deepinthailand
Non of our vets will put any animal down not even the animal hospital. If it's on pain a bucket filled with water is your best bet
