Help Needed

Featured Replies

hi all,

I am a bit confused about all the different kinds of visa regulation stuff.

so maybe someone can help me out

I'm planning to go to thailand next week for a long holiday 7 weeks!

The thing is that I have already been in thailand twice (also as a tourist) this year.

32 days in januari (got an extention of 10 days at immigration in bkk after the initial 30 days visa)

and the second trip was 13 days at the beginning of April.

My work permits me to have a long break, so I want to visit Thailand again. I understand that I will get a 30 days visa at the airport.

After a couple of weeks in thailand I am planning to visit Vietnam as well for one or two weeks and then return to thailand.

So what would be the most wise thing to do...? Would there be any problem with returning to thailand for the third time in such a short period?

My age is 36 and I have a Dutch passport. By the way I never had any problems or issues with the Thai authorities in the past.

any help appriciated.

thanks.

get a 90 day tourist visa at your local embassy or consulate ilben.

probably the easyest, should cover your term probably.

Tourist visa's enable a stay of 60 days, and are extendable by 30 days if required. That is the one you need to avoid problems.
