Your address at COUNTRY, tel, 2. Your parents name, tel, 3. What kind of your car, template no. 4. your personal bank account, account no., No real problem with it, just first time it has happened. Glegolo I agree, just first time in 9 years, and first time for me as usually I'll leave the country before the report is due, hence resetting the clock. My Lawyer has POA to do this for me, just reporting back what she requested. I provided it. My only real issue is what exactly they are doing with this information?
