Thousands submit pictures and video of Royal memories

BANGKOK: -- THOUSANDS of members of the public are already taking an opportunity to contribute to a book featuring a key chapter about His Majesty King Bhumibol Adulyadej via social media channels.

 

As the nation mourns its beloved monarch, the Culture Ministry has invited people to submit photos or video recordings of historical events or incidents that took place from October 13, the day the king passed away at the age of 89.

“We are preparing to publish a book featuring a historical chapter. It’s a record about His Majesty in his people’s memories,” Culture Minister Vira Rojpojchanarat said yesterday.
