90 day notification

Featured Replies

I leave Thailand for Vietnam tomorrow - 20th October.
I am on a Non B visa.
My 90 day notification is due on 25th October.
I return on 27th October - does my 90 day notification automatically start from the 27th - or do I need to go to immigration in Bangkok again?

  • Yes the 90 day report count resets to day 1 on the 27th. There is no need to go to immigration.
  • If you don't leave the country again the next report will be due on January 24th.

A 90 day report is only required if 90 days are spent in Thailand.

Your 90 day clock will reset on your return.

Do you really have a valid visa or an extension of stay obtained from an immigration office ?
