quote "" to stay temporality in the kingdom has stayed as"" What does one put there  if example retired here? Also on the guest list they ask for a leaving date which is not on the agenda.

Been 15 years and the form never requested, however it is easier to go with the flow and do what they request.

Cheers

"WISH TO NOTIFY THE ADDRESS WHERE ALIEN RECEIVED PERMISSION TO STAY TEMPORARILY IN THE KINGDOM HAS STAYED AS".........the address where you are staying.  I put condo name and room number in the first blank...

The line "  to stay temporality in the kingdom has stayed as" should be "stayed at". That is where you start entering the info where the 'alien has stayed'.

I assume you mean this space on page 2 " Expire date of stay".  That is a persons permitted to stay date.

Unless you have permanent resident status, by definition you're here "temporarily".  Your permission to stay is extended from year-to-year.

He was just reading the second half of the line I quoted in full...."stayed as" is correct, but needs a colon on the end.

I am doing this for guests as i am a resident and dont ned to do it for myself.

Depends on your Province, but there are reports that they aren't allowing foreigners to report, unless it is for themselves....but one would think that reporting guests would be OK, but it may make a difference if it is a house (which is not yours) or a condo that is yours.  CM wouldn't process mine by mail...got poked for 1600....

A couple of months ago I changed address and filed a TM28 and TM30 at my recently opened Imm office in Roi Et.

After changing my address and adding my house masters information to their local database, they wrote a bold ID number across the TM30.

The officer explained they now give all 'house masters an ID number, but I didn't make a note of the number, or understand the significance of this ID until last week when a friend returned back from a trip to the UK.

He filed a new TM30 and the officer went through the same procedure. However in his case his wife attended with him and the IO explained to her that by using that ID she could in future use the online system for future TM30 reports.

Initially you use the ID to login and a password, but once in the system you can change and enter your own personal password.

He said that now they intend to register all house masters onto the online system.

I intend to call in this week and retrieve my house masters ID number.

If indeed this is a new procedure, then filing TM30's in the future should be a cinch.

You always have a leaving date. It is the date your given permission to stay expires.
