After submitting your application how do you receive a ref number for follow up.

After going through all the steps of doing the application you get a reference number for it.

You can then go back on the site using the reference number to check the status of it and print out the receipt after it is approved.

That sounds so easy but it dos""nt   seem to work as I have gone through the routine twice and no ref number indicated< Is it wise to keep on submitting r will that only confuse the issue.

You should go back online to check if it was really processed. You can use your passport number date of birth and nationality on the check status page instead of a reference number.

I fill in all the details and cannot get past the first page

every time after I fill in the CAPTCHA password and submit i get the attached pop up message...
