I have to ask, how the hell did you remember a name from a robbery 5 years ago?

That is one impressive recall.

He's one of those Google addicts. He has to Google everyone, I think they call them Trolls. Look... he's Googling us right now ;-)

Unfortunately we do have scum bags in Canada as well and it is of a bad taste really to see Canada's name into bad publicity  I sure hope the cops will check him out internationally and perhaps he will enjoy some holiday time in a cosy Thai jail.

plenty of rat bags down unda too

good guys in , bad guys out

A true snow bird eh?

Well, if it was the same guy, using my super powers of deduction, I've narrowed it down to one of two guys sat with their feet in the gutter.

Can I join the RTP now? :coffee1:

Overqualified I'm afraid.

If you were real RTP Officer material you would have gone out and arrested a Burmese building site worker...

Think you would have to call BS on this one,  probably tripped up the gutter.

Any eye witness to the jump?

Finally, a voice of reason. I am looking down from a 5th floor balcony right now. I don't care how many palm leaves you manage to hit (or shots you pound) on the way down, no one is walking away from this one.

Talk about coincidences.  5 years ago a 31 year old named Dale  Patrick Weinmeyer of Vancouver, Canada was arrested and charged with an armed robbery  (He would be 36 years old today);

"Vancouver resident Dale Patrick Weinmeyer, 31, is charged with intentionally discharging a firearm, using a restricted or prohibited weapon to commit a robbery, two counts of possessing a prohibited weapon without a licence and possession of an prohibited or restricted weapon with ammunition. "

because he is one nosey p#¤% and has too much time on his hands. He obviously googles every name he can see on here. Just a p#¤%# that needs to mind his own business most of the time. Bringing this up can only create problems for a guy who obviously has enough already. Lucky we all use site names or he would be digging into all our pasts. I hate people like that. What's more he probably has the big closest full of secrets.

His wife.

I believe what Artisi meant was looking for was an impartial, unimpeachable witness. Wives who are in heated debates with husbands aren't, as a rule, included in that category. I am willing to be proven wrong, but so far, no go.

Wow, you are so out of line.  This man was in the news and fair game.  The poster you are talking about has always seemed to me to be a very educated and well informed person who I think is a valued member here ...of course I am partial to posters like that ...you may not be.

That explains why you are partial to a few intelligent  posters and not the half-wits.

There was a time when I used to think there was a big conspiracy theory regarding all the balcony jumpers.

Not anymore.

Maybe he jumped because he was tired of being aaked about the history of his criminal namesake

wishful thinking on her part, the jump not the survival.
