When you incorporate in Thailand, it is necessary to specify which sort of business your company will be: hotel, retail, etc.

The different categories have different restrictions/requirements.

Does it matter which one you choose though? For example, what if you decide to incorporate as a retail outlet, and then at the same time, do a bit on the hotel side, to start off with, or after a while?

Do you have to reincorporate?

What happens if you start as one, then stop that completely and try a different thing?

What if you just want to do a couple of things from the very get go?

You can start with certain company objectives, then add more if necessary.

Where and how are the new objectives added? Is a lawyer required for this?
