BANGKOK: -- Three senior officers of the Department of Special Investigation were transferred to the Prime Minister’s Office to carry out “important missions”, said justice deputy permanent secretary Thawatchai Thaikhieu on Thursday.

He said that the letter from the PM’s Office asking for the transfer of the three DSI officers did not specify the nature of the jobs they were to be assigned to and the Justice Ministry had no objection to the request.

DSI director-general Pol Col Paisith Wongmuang declined to comment on the transfer of his three men, saying that it was an order from his superior.

Latrine duty was never fun when I did it. :passifier:

Perhaps to aid in setting up a new department - DVSI.

V for very!

Counting the amount of rice granules per ton apparently.

Are they like the Thai version of the Three Musketeers ?   One for all and all for me !

Maybe DSI stands for "Deny State Involvement"? We had it all wrong before, must have been poor translation

Three highly skilled officers for sinister and covert operations against the CIA, KGB and MSS.

This message will self destruct after reading

But who had the role of D'Artagnan?

Probably to learn how to "suicide" people without leaving any evidence as it seems the DSI is not really the best at this

Did they buy new socks?

He comes in the next scene.  Probably from a well to do family that wishes to remain anonymous.

The DSI is becoming a laughing stock.

They are absolutely useless and should be abolished.

...to boldly go where no officer has gone before?

Yesterday the media were not to jump to conclusions that it was anything to do with internal conflicts and within 24 hours it's ' important missions ', they really do dig deeper holes when trying to explain things away.

They're scanning TV forum every day searching for people saying nasty bad things about the Junta, oh, hold on there's a knock on my door...................

Would that be solving crime?

If they all draw their swords at once stand back. Shish Kabob. Maybe there was an alien landing and they are going to investigate. Ah yes they are going undercover to uncover something.

Well...perhaps not that far.

Wow - perhaps they've been specially selected to head the new Thai version of "The Untouchables" !
