PHUKET: -- The island’s original beach club, Catch, announced yesterday in a Facebook post that it will reopen on December 24 on the site of the existing Bliss Beach Club on Bang Tao Beach.

 

Catch Beach Club, was one of several businesses to be demolished along the shore front at Surin Beach in April this year after years of deliberation and objection by tenants at the site. 

 

The announcement made on the Catch Beach Club Facebook page yesterday read as follows:

 

“Catch Beach Club Re-established BANGTAO BEACH, PHUKET – The world acclaimed and legendary Catch Beach Club in Phuket, Thailand is being re-established on Bangtao Beach, taking over the previous Bliss Beach Club site.

Great news, Phuket had become somewhat dull without...

I thought Bliss Beach Club was on the Kings land??? More of the same? Baht for beach? or am I wrong?

Meaning bliss beach club changing name to catch beach club? Or there two club side by side?
