Drove down the slip road between JC and B-Quik and saw a 5m high pile of dirt and broken concrete rubble.  Perhaps an anti-flood base for future shopping mall.  

Not sure who owns the land, but would make a lot more sense for Central to build here vs. Bangla Rd.

Good underground parking option for a night out is at the Kee plaza in the Kee hotel parking. 80 baht and 2m to the Gogos.
