Embassy guarantee letter: need translation? Legalization? Need others proofs?

Hello,

To use the TM87 form, AND for my one-year extensions (based on Marriage), I had to ask for my French Embassy a guarantee letter for 40,000+ per month.

Is it the only proof of income they require at Chang Wattana Immigration?

Does it need to be translated from English into Thaï?

Does it need to be legalized at the Thai Department of Consular Affairs?

Thanks,

Alex

That is the only proof of income required.

If the letter is in English it does not need to be translated. If a translation was needed it would have to be certified by the consular affairs department.
