I had an identical accident a few years ago in Bangkok.      I was coming off the exit ramp from the expressway on to Sukhumvit at soi 1.   Traffic was stopped and the Thai guy behind me rolled into my car causing minor damage to my bumper.    Of course it didn't look good and I wanted it repaired.     We were able to pull off the ramp and stopped where we contacted both insurance companies.    He admitted fault and his insurance rep gave me and my insurance rep a report saying they would pay to have it repaired.    So a few days later I took the car to a Honda dealer where it was repaired and paid for by the insurance company.    Since you were so obviously at fault I'm wondering why the person you hit didn't insist on doing this.

Maybe because it takes time to sort this out, especially the waiting for the reps and paperwork after that.

Missed a call yesterday, called it back today but something different.

I have it on dash cam, she's fine, she lifts up the boot and gets in and out of the car three times.

I don't have her number she has mine. The question  was if she doesn't contact me what can I do about it?

Not running away from anything. The car isn't registered at the address, its at an old address

Nothing will happen. she, apparently, did'nt want the police involved and made a hasty disappearance and did'nt even ask for money. The going rate is Baht 2000- for any damage, big or small, which you have to pay on the spot. If you don't want to pay then you and her have to call your insurers which involve waiting on the accident site. Also the police will be involved and you and her will be brought to the police station where you will be fined for obstruction of traffic and many hours of questions and police rapports writing and waiting for the insurers to agree who will pay. Even if you and her agree on the spot about payment and you stay on the road in the middle of traffic, you will be fined for obstruction of traffic. Hence the quick disappearance of the Lady. Probably a police officer was already watching from a distance, see what happens. I personally think that the Lady did not want to see or talk to the police. Nothing to worry about.

Was she fit?

OP, if you're really concerned about this, contact your insurance company (assuming you have Class 1).  They will take care of it all.  Even after the fact.

Since when ?

Car rolled fwd????? or driven forward in anticipation of lights turning green. find it hard to belive a car rolls forward usualy foot or hand brake is applied when stopped. seen loads roll backwards beacuse people hold it on the clutch and can't quite coordinate when it's time to move off or whip the hand break off whilst foot is on clutch for a second or two. basics learn to drive then you would have "rolled forward"

It is possible she lost or accidently erased your contact number.

Go to the police station with her numberplate number , explain the situation and that you want to make good on repairs and ask for her address.

It appears they have tried to contact him and poster is avoiding there calls and asking what will happen if he continues to do so.

He never said he is avoiding their calls. Why make things up?

What he said made it appear he was avoiding their calls and asking what would happen.  Only later did he explain he wanted to make contact and did not have other parities phone number.

Well, if you don't want to take the time to sort this type of thing out correctly then you will have the same screwed up situation the OP is in.

I disagree about the police getting involved.     In these minor "fender bender"  type accidents when both parties agree as to who is at fault the police will just leave it up to the two drivers to sort things out via their insurance reps.    When their is personal injury and/or both drivers can't agree who is at fault then the police will get involved.

Well, if you don't want to take the time to sort this type of thing out correctly then you will have the same screwed up situation the OP is in.

My quote referred to the lady.

Did not. He was quite specific. Comprehension problems?
