Can anyone help me find a realtor or a place to live near the Bang Trad Highway? I'd like to rent for as long as a year or more an accommodation with the following criterion:

1. Must have access to high speed internet, or be near an all night internet cafe.

2. The lodging should have a western style shower.

3. Washer and dryer.

4. 2 bedroom or 1 bedroom and extra space

5. can be penthouse, apt, condo, house.

6. Air conditioning.

7. Good security.

8. upscale and clean

9. Be near Sahakol Chassis, the bus and aftermarket car parts manufacturer under the Bang Trad Highway.

10. Have a kitchen.

11. Pool would be nice.

12. Phone.

13. Treated water system.

I'm living in a place called The Village condominium, Bang Na Trad, KM2... Swimming pool, a small restaurant, convinence store, laundry, full size snooker table on site... 2 bedrooms, most of what you're looking for and reasonable... Including bills around 8-9000bt per month.

Little bit difficult to find as Taxi drivers often don't know it but down a private road from the highway, close to the Highway Inn (Avana hotel)... We're very comfortable here. Rent from the private owner on a year lease. Many appartments available.
