I am from india. 

And i wish to do amniocentesis test for gender determination of foetus, in thailand. So could anyone please inform me about the cost and the period for which i would be required to stay there.

Is it legal for visiting foreigners from india to do this test there.

Also please suggest the relevant hospitals providing this service.

Is it not illegal in india, is that why you have travelled to get this done here? The male to female sex ratio is badly skewed in india due to killing female foetuses i have read.

There is nothing illegal about the test per se, but as it carries risks, you will have trouble finding a doctor willing to do it for sex deteremination; it is reserved for detection of certain serious genetic  defects.

 

Sex can be determined by ultrasound, not 100% certainty but pretty good.
