PATTAYAPUNTER
While this may not be newsworthy (or is it?), there were 2 restaurants in Central Pattaya offering 99 baht all you can eat meals. They've both closed shop in the last 2 months. While I thought this was a winner, they're both now closed for better or worse. From reading the forums, it seems these places were popular with expats. Eat 5 pizzas in 30 minutes seemed a popular concept to most readers...

PATTAYAPUNTER
You're being presumptuous. I like plunking down 100 baht and eating until I can't walk. I can just as easily visit Casa Pascal the next day and plunk down 3000 baht for a lunch.

Four baht brain cell I have an idea then stay at home, then you can drink water with your wife all month.. If you really believe a night out with your wife is not worth paying 400 baht on water for then what more is there to be said. No one is sugessting doing it every day.. and lets face it 50 baht is hardly a "Rip Off" Any establishment has to make money, if you are not seeling alchohol then you must make a profit on water. I'm not calling you a cheap charlie but your comments talk for them self.. Edited December 6, 2006 by fourbaht

mrbojangles
Back on topic I stayed at an Hotel up Soi 6 or 7 beach front (can't remember) in Jomtien earlier this year. There was a "all you can eat" restaurant up there. Never tried it but maybe someone else has.

Go down Sukhumvit from Pattaya Tai towards Pattaya Klang, on the left hand side 1 street before Pattaya Klang is the best 99 baht all you can eat place in all of Pattaya. You can eat Thai, Japanese and your own BBQ at your table for 99 baht all you can eat. Then top it off with the coconut icecream which comes out about 7.30 PM. Bloody beautiful. PATTAYAPUNTER
Spoke with Bobby the owner and he's now quickly replaced Eat Alls with "Platinum" Motorbike shop which is his main endeavor along with 10baht international telephone calls that we see all over Fun City. Well, that was fast. He has a promotion on now that whoever buys a motorcycle gets a free pizza.
