November 21, 20169 yr Can anyone recommend a good furnished short-term (6 weeks) 1BR or studio apartment for 10-15k/month? Don't need pool or gym (would be nice though), only a nice room with warm water and aircon.

Also consider if you need a western condo (kitchen, probably pool) or Thai style with just a sink. Six weeks is a pain and regular landlords will likely consider it too much trouble (considering they take minimum two months rent just for deposit). Your best bet is to find a "serviced apartment"; which is basically a short term apartment. Cheaper than a hotel, but pricier than a long term apartment. Plenty on google or I think booking.com also lists some. Avoid airbnb where prices are very inflated.
