Hmmmmmmmmm!!??

Change in accounting practices?

Something is fishy as usual. The SET should be bumping 2,000 to 2,500 with figures like that. Smells like a Limburger cheese report. When is the moon landing rocket leaving. This is serious stuff and their feet should be held to the fire on the numbers and they should be audited. If these are pie in the sky numbers and hit the international press investors could start flocking in chasing the golden goose only to find a dead fish.

Considering foreign investment is down, and household debt is 90+ percent, where might all this money be coming from?  There should be an investigation.  Maybe a crackdown:mellow:!?  They are instigating people to play the market like a lottery, which the poor will bear the brunt of.

I'll tell you Redline the way world events are playing out it really scares me really scares me for the first time in my  78 years. The BS that Trump pulled calling the heads of the news media in and then giving them a dose of the way the news should be reported Trump style really scares me. He literally raked them over the coals.  His charity is under scrutiny and yet nothing is done no charges nothing. This guy in the Philippines is a real loose cannon, the guy in Mayalasia is cracking down on freedom of anything while the world has proven him a thief. Then there are all the crooked leaders in South America. Modi is playing fast and loose in India with currency and I hear rumors that he wants to ban gold entirely which will rock the market. Talking of the markets the Dow has gone up 8 days in a row based only on hot air and Trump Wind & P**s bang the next day Asia and Europe follow suit its just insane. It has to be a daisy chain disaster. I am sure glad I am close to check out time.

I have been saying the same thing, but everyone dismisses me.  That's what's wrong.  Nobody wants to do anything about anything.  There is no check.  Everyone says "oh don't worry, that will never happen" BS it won't happen.  These people do what they want, and not one group will fight hard against them.  You can put Russian and Cambodia in that list, along with most of Africa.  Now it's the majority of the world, and the rich stay in their cocoons.  As all of this goes on, China gets stronger.  Truly frightening.  I try to stay out of politics, but Trump is such a dangerous loser, and the funny thing is, that it's so obvious.  Will corruption and the greed for power be met with violence?  It may be sooner than we think.

I would be very careful of the market at the moment. Its running on hot air, financed buy backs, GAAPED or gimpy numbers and the profit limbo bar is set so closed to the ground that companies are tip toeing over. As the quarter plays out so called analysts keep lowering profit numbers. If you have been in stocks for a while you know factories need to be built bodies hired product sold and this is not happening. Its all a hype fueled market. The Dow goes up the next day Asia and Europe follow scary. The Dow now is up for something like 9 straight sessions. I am hearing 31,000 by next year its insane. With the high dollar now companies doing business in foreign countries are losing on the exchange rates. The recent spat of positive government numbers bother me. Durables up and house building up and by large margins. When numbers are down there is always a little "juice or excuse thrown in by the "experts" to project future positivity much like here.  Taking these last two I am trying to wrap my head around the fact that 1/3 of households could not come up with a $1000 in an emergency. 100,000,000 are unemployed or underemployed. People are fighting for a $15 an hour wage which is not even a break even wage. What banker would put the approved stamp to a mortgage under these circumstances?

I was making close to that 23 years ago when I retired with dignity which has disappeared in the working world. Its all manipulated Trump is going to do this and Trump will do that. India is going to stop gold sales (which is all I have faith in) Modi pulls big bills out of the market with no notice. Patterns are forming in the gold market. The last dump was during the Chinese New Year when their markets were closed for a week. Yesterdays dump was just prior to the American Thanksgiving with the market closed Thursday and closing early on Friday at 1.00 pm. I would not be surprised if a gold dump takes place Friday morning. The Fed big banks and Wall Street cannot have competition to their paper funny money.
