I am interested in purchasing some health insurance. Can anyone reccommend a reputable company that offers health insurance to expatriates?

AIA is quite reputable as you may already know. You can combine a medical insurance with a savings plan, which I have recently joined. It is quite worth it as you will get your money back after some time - it doesn't go to waste.

You can also check BUPA - they are quite reputable.
