I read a lot of the topics, but can someone state it clear to me how my situation looks like.

I am under 50, and got the marriage Visa 2 times (400.000) in the bank.

I have 3 children and I am married.

Being currently in Oz I wonder when I come back (my Visa is still valid till April) will I be eligible for another extension if a have the 400K in the bank or not.

If you are currently on an extension of stay and return on the basis of a re-entry permit you can.

Means, once I lost the "grandfathered" option, because I had the Visa before 1 Oct 06, I cant get it again ?

If you let grandfather status lapse it is gone (from previous reporters).
