more non immigrant O visa

Featured Replies

I am sure this has been discussed before, but just to clarify:

I have a non O multiple entry visa expiring June 2017

I am on my second permission of stay for 3 months, expiring 15th December.

due to medical reasons and overbooked flights over X-mas I might have to extend my stay by 15 to 30 days.

do I need to do another border run or can I get an extension of stay in Jomtien at the immigration?

thanks

If married to a Thai you can apply for a 60 day extension at immigration.

If not the longest extension you can get is 7 days.

You can also get an extension if your medical condition not allows you to travel.

You will need a certificate from a hospital.
