Proper bleach required

Featured Replies

I've spoilt quite an expensive white shirt by washing it with some new jeans.

Encouraged by the photo of a gleaming white shirt, I bought this rubbish.

The shirt, water and the entire contents of this stuff have now been sitting in a bucket for 3 days. During this period, nothing seems to have happened.

I know back in the UK if I get the tiniest drop of domestos on anything, it instantly strips it off all colour - exactly the effect I was looking for.

So, does anyone know where I can buy clorox, domestos or something that might work? Preferably in the Pattaya area.

If Haiter wont do the job, then you are doomed, doomed i say.

soak it in some white fabric dye.

Good idea. Where can I buy some and what's it called?

Thanks

You got the Pink coloured bottle :whistling:.....the yellow one is the one I use

I use the blue bottle from Haiter and have been very satisfied.

The OP didn't mention the nature of the stain?  If it's oil based, bleach isn't the stuff.

Yes the normal bleach is the blue bottle.

Right, I'll give the blue bottle a go and if that doesn't work I'll try the yellow.

Thanks all

Washed the shirt with some new jeans [emoji26]

Look for the "ย้อมผ้า" (dye clothes) shop.

They might be able to help.

Did the jeans turn white?

After bleaching hang your shirt in direct sunlight and let the sun complete the job (but you may have some pigeon shit to clean off).

Buy a new shirt and send me the blue tinted one.

I use the blue bottle here to kill mould and it does take the colour out of my shirts if they get it on them when I an using it. My yellow t shirt has nice white spots all over it from the stuff so it should do the trick.

I've just bought the yellow as it's the only one that says that it is actually bleach, the others seem to be for using for laundry.

Interestingly, my shirt turned yellow with the pink stuff.
