RichCor Posted December 3, 2016 Share Posted December 3, 2016 Are any other devices using the same WiFi similarly affected? Some devices are sensitive to other nearby WiFi Access Points, knocking them into resetting the connection or crashing the wireless connection session. Some WiFi routers don't play well near each other, especially older B or G version operating near N or AC versions. It may just affect one device, or several connected devices. If you take the mobile phone far away and connect to someone else's WiFi, does it do the same thing? That might narrow down whether it's the phone or the WiFi Access Point having the issue.
